With the Twin Table oak and wengé wood are fitted into a pattern, as each other’s positive and negative. The pattern of two different types of wooden surfaces refers to a classic fishbone and has a specially developed grid that reduces material waste of both materials to a minimum.
Within the pattern, there is another pattern to be discovered. The way the rectangles are laid out, using the natural line structure of their wood and pointing them in different directions, creates a remarkable light movement when one walks around the table(s). A different graphic and spatial effect takes shape, depending on your position.
